En téléchargeant, installant ou utilisant l'application BeRoule (« l'app », « le service »), vous acceptez les présentes conditions générales d'utilisation (« CGU »). Si vous n'êtes pas d'accord avec l'une de ces conditions, veuillez ne pas utiliser l'app.

BeRoule est une application gratuite qui permet de localiser des bornes de recharge pour véhicules électriques en Belgique et au Luxembourg, d'estimer un temps et un coût de recharge, de planifier un trajet, et de consulter ou publier des avis communautaires sur l'état et le prix des bornes.
L'app est fournie gratuitement, sans création de compte, sans publicité et sans revente de données à des tiers.
Les informations sur les bornes (emplacement, puissance, connecteurs) proviennent de sources tierces publiques : Open Charge Map (communauté OCM, licence ODbL), Electra, Bruxelles Mobilité (RBC opendata), MOW/Eco-Movement (Région flamande) et le Géoportail de Wallonie (SPW). Les prix et statuts (« fonctionne » / « en panne ») proviennent des signalements des utilisateurs de BeRoule, jamais inventés par nous, mais jamais vérifiés non plus avant publication. Lorsqu'aucun prix n'a été signalé, l'app affiche soit le tarif public publié par l'opérateur (avec sa date de relevé), soit une estimation signalée par le symbole « ~ » : ces valeurs sont purement indicatives. Les préférences que vous enregistrez (favoris, cartes et réseaux choisis, bornes masquées) restent sur votre téléphone.
Ces données peuvent être incomplètes, obsolètes ou inexactes. Une borne peut avoir changé de prix, être temporairement indisponible, ou avoir été retirée sans que l'app le sache encore. BeRoule ne garantit ni l'exactitude, ni la disponibilité, ni le prix affiché d'une borne au moment où vous vous y rendez. Vérifiez toujours sur place avant de compter sur une borne, en particulier pour un trajet où l'autonomie restante est limitée.
Vous pouvez publier des avis (statut, prix constaté, commentaire, note, photo) sans créer de compte, via un identifiant technique anonyme (voir la politique de confidentialité). En publiant un contenu, vous garantissez qu'il est exact à votre connaissance, qu'il ne contient aucune donnée personnelle d'un tiers, aucun contenu illégal, injurieux, diffamatoire ou trompeur, et vous nous accordez le droit de l'afficher publiquement dans l'app, sans limite de durée, tant qu'il reste utile à la communauté.
Nous nous réservons le droit, sans obligation ni préavis, de modérer, masquer ou supprimer tout contenu qui enfreint ces règles, notamment via le mécanisme de signalement intégré à l'app. Un contenu signalé à plusieurs reprises peut être retiré automatiquement.

L'app, son code, son design et sa marque BeRoule sont la propriété de l'éditeur. Les données de bornes proviennent de sources tierces sous leurs licences respectives (notamment ODbL pour Open Charge Map, qui impose le maintien de son attribution). Les contenus que vous publiez (avis, photos) restent partagés publiquement dans l'app selon les termes de la section 4, sans que vous en perdiez la paternité.
L'app est fournie « en l'état », sans garantie d'aucune sorte, explicite ou implicite, notamment de disponibilité continue, d'absence d'erreur, ou d'adéquation à un usage particulier. Dans les limites autorisées par la loi belge, l'éditeur ne pourra être tenu responsable d'un dommage direct ou indirect résultant de l'utilisation de l'app, y compris — sans s'y limiter — un déplacement vers une borne indisponible, inexistante, ou dont le prix réel diffère de celui affiché, une panne d'énergie du véhicule, ou une perte de temps ou d'argent en résultant. Rien dans cette clause ne limite une responsabilité qui ne peut être exclue par la loi (par exemple en cas de faute intentionnelle ou de négligence grave).
Nous nous efforçons de maintenir l'app et ses services accessibles, sans garantir une disponibilité ininterrompue. Le service peut être suspendu, modifié ou interrompu à tout moment, notamment pour maintenance, en cas de panne d'un fournisseur tiers (hébergement, sources de données), ou de décision de l'éditeur, avec ou sans préavis.
L'éditeur peut céder ou transférer tout ou partie de ses droits et obligations au titre des présentes CGU — y compris à l'occasion d'une vente, fusion, acquisition ou restructuration de l'activité BeRoule — sans que cela nécessite votre accord préalable, sous réserve que le nouvel exploitant reprenne les engagements pris envers les utilisateurs, notamment en matière de protection des données.
Nous pouvons modifier ces CGU pour refléter l'évolution de l'app, de la réglementation ou de nos pratiques. La date de dernière mise à jour figure en haut de ce document. Les changements substantiels seront signalés dans l'app. La poursuite de l'utilisation de l'app après une modification vaut acceptation des nouvelles CGU.
Vous pouvez cesser d'utiliser l'app à tout moment en la désinstallant. L'éditeur peut restreindre ou mettre fin à l'accès au service pour tout utilisateur dont le comportement enfreint ces CGU (ex. abus répétés, faux signalements).
Les présentes CGU sont régies par le droit belge. Tout litige relatif à leur interprétation ou leur exécution relève de la compétence exclusive des tribunaux belges, sous réserve des dispositions impératives protectrices du consommateur qui pourraient s'appliquer dans votre pays de résidence.

BeRoule is a free app that helps you locate EV charging stations in Belgium and Luxembourg, estimate charging time and cost, plan a route, and view or submit community reviews about a station's status and price.
The app is provided free of charge, requires no account, contains no ads, and does not resell data to third parties.
Station information (location, power, connectors) comes from public third-party sources: Open Charge Map (OCM community, ODbL licence), Electra, Brussels Mobility (RBC opendata), MOW/Eco-Movement (Flemish Region) and the Walloon Geoportal (SPW). Prices and statuses ("working" / "broken") come from BeRoule users' own reports — never invented by us, but never verified by us either before publication. When no price has been reported, the app shows either the operator's published public rate (with the date it was checked) or an estimate flagged with a "~" symbol: these values are indicative only. The preferences you save (favourites, chosen cards and networks, hidden stations) stay on your phone.
This data may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. A station's price may have changed, it may be temporarily unavailable, or it may have been removed without the app knowing yet. BeRoule does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or displayed price of any station at the time you arrive. Always verify on site before relying on a station, especially on a trip where remaining range is limited.
You may submit reviews (status, price seen, comment, rating, photo) without creating an account, via an anonymous technical identifier (see our privacy policy). By submitting content, you warrant that it is accurate to your knowledge, contains no third party's personal data, no illegal, abusive, defamatory or misleading content, and you grant us the right to display it publicly in the app, indefinitely, for as long as it remains useful to the community.
We reserve the right, without obligation or notice, to moderate, hide or remove any content that breaches these rules, including via the app's built-in reporting mechanism. Content reported multiple times may be removed automatically.

The app, its code, design, and the BeRoule brand are owned by the provider. Station data comes from third-party sources under their respective licences (notably ODbL for Open Charge Map, which requires its attribution to be maintained). Content you submit (reviews, photos) remains publicly shared in the app under the terms of section 4, without you losing authorship of it.
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including continuous availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by Belgian law, the provider shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from use of the app, including — without limitation — travelling to a station that is unavailable, nonexistent, or whose actual price differs from the one displayed, a vehicle running out of charge, or any resulting loss of time or money. Nothing in this clause limits any liability that cannot be excluded by law (for example in case of intentional misconduct or gross negligence).
We strive to keep the app and its services accessible, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. The service may be suspended, changed, or discontinued at any time, including for maintenance, due to a third-party provider outage (hosting, data sources), or at the provider's discretion, with or without notice.
The provider may assign or transfer all or part of its rights and obligations under these Terms — including in connection with a sale, merger, acquisition, or restructuring of the BeRoule business — without requiring your prior consent, provided the new operator honours the commitments made to users, particularly regarding data protection.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the app, applicable law, or our practices. The "last updated" date appears at the top of this document. Material changes will be flagged in the app. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. The provider may restrict or terminate access to the service for any user whose behaviour breaches these Terms (e.g. repeated abuse, false reports).
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute regarding their interpretation or performance falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions that may apply in your country of residence.

BeRoule is een gratis app waarmee u laadpalen voor elektrische voertuigen in België en Luxemburg kunt lokaliseren, een laadtijd en -kost kunt inschatten, een traject kunt plannen, en communitybeoordelingen over de status en prijs van laadpalen kunt bekijken of plaatsen.
De app wordt gratis aangeboden, zonder account, zonder reclame en zonder doorverkoop van gegevens aan derden.
Informatie over laadpalen (locatie, vermogen, connectoren) komt van publieke bronnen van derden: Open Charge Map (OCM-community, ODbL-licentie), Electra, Brussel Mobiliteit (RBC opendata), MOW/Eco-Movement (Vlaams Gewest) en het Geoportaal van Wallonië (SPW). Prijzen en statussen (« werkt » / « defect ») komen van meldingen van BeRoule-gebruikers zelf — nooit door ons verzonnen, maar ook nooit door ons geverifieerd vóór publicatie. Wanneer er geen prijs is gemeld, toont de app ofwel het openbare tarief van de operator (met de datum van controle), ofwel een schatting aangeduid met het symbool « ~ »: deze waarden zijn louter indicatief. De voorkeuren die u opslaat (favorieten, gekozen kaarten en netwerken, verborgen laadpalen) blijven op uw telefoon.
Deze gegevens kunnen onvolledig, verouderd of onjuist zijn. De prijs van een laadpaal kan gewijzigd zijn, ze kan tijdelijk onbeschikbaar zijn, of verwijderd zijn zonder dat de app dit al weet. BeRoule garandeert niet de juistheid, beschikbaarheid, of getoonde prijs van een laadpaal op het moment dat u er aankomt. Controleer steeds ter plaatse voordat u op een laadpaal rekent, vooral bij een traject met beperkte resterende actieradius.
U kunt beoordelingen plaatsen (status, vastgestelde prijs, opmerking, score, foto) zonder een account aan te maken, via een anonieme technische identificatiecode (zie ons privacybeleid). Door inhoud te plaatsen garandeert u dat deze naar uw beste weten juist is, geen persoonsgegevens van derden bevat, geen illegale, beledigende, lasterlijke of misleidende inhoud bevat, en verleent u ons het recht om ze publiekelijk in de app te tonen, voor onbepaalde duur, zolang ze nuttig blijft voor de community.
We behouden ons het recht voor, zonder verplichting of voorafgaande kennisgeving, om inhoud die deze regels schendt te modereren, te verbergen of te verwijderen, onder meer via het meldingsmechanisme in de app. Herhaaldelijk gemelde inhoud kan automatisch worden verwijderd.
U verbindt zich ertoe om niet:
De app, de code, het ontwerp en het merk BeRoule zijn eigendom van de aanbieder. Gegevens over laadpalen zijn afkomstig van bronnen van derden onder hun respectieve licenties (met name ODbL voor Open Charge Map, dat vereist dat de bronvermelding behouden blijft). Inhoud die u plaatst (beoordelingen, foto's) blijft publiek gedeeld in de app volgens de voorwaarden van sectie 4, zonder dat u het auteurschap ervan verliest.
De app wordt « zoals ze is » aangeboden, zonder enige garantie, expliciet of impliciet, met inbegrip van ononderbroken beschikbaarheid, foutloze werking, of geschiktheid voor een bepaald doel. Binnen de grenzen toegestaan door Belgisch recht, kan de aanbieder niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor directe of indirecte schade voortvloeiend uit het gebruik van de app, met inbegrip van — zonder beperking — een verplaatsing naar een laadpaal die onbeschikbaar, onbestaand is, of waarvan de werkelijke prijs afwijkt van de getoonde prijs, een lege batterij van het voertuig, of daaruit voortvloeiend tijd- of geldverlies. Niets in deze clausule beperkt een aansprakelijkheid die niet wettelijk kan worden uitgesloten (bijvoorbeeld bij opzettelijke fout of grove nalatigheid).
We streven ernaar de app en zijn diensten toegankelijk te houden, zonder ononderbroken beschikbaarheid te garanderen. De dienst kan op elk moment worden opgeschort, gewijzigd of stopgezet, onder meer voor onderhoud, bij een storing bij een externe leverancier (hosting, gegevensbronnen), of naar goeddunken van de aanbieder, met of zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving.
De aanbieder kan al zijn rechten en verplichtingen uit hoofde van deze Voorwaarden geheel of gedeeltelijk overdragen — ook in het kader van een verkoop, fusie, overname of herstructurering van de BeRoule-activiteit — zonder dat hiervoor uw voorafgaande toestemming vereist is, op voorwaarde dat de nieuwe exploitant de verbintenissen tegenover gebruikers nakomt, met name inzake gegevensbescherming.
We kunnen deze Voorwaarden bijwerken om wijzigingen in de app, de regelgeving of onze praktijken weer te geven. De datum « laatst bijgewerkt » staat bovenaan dit document. Belangrijke wijzigingen worden in de app gemeld. Voortgezet gebruik van de app na een wijziging geldt als aanvaarding van de bijgewerkte Voorwaarden.
U kunt op elk moment stoppen met het gebruik van de app door ze te verwijderen. De aanbieder kan de toegang tot de dienst beperken of beëindigen voor elke gebruiker wiens gedrag deze Voorwaarden schendt (bv. herhaald misbruik, valse meldingen).
Deze Voorwaarden worden beheerst door Belgisch recht. Elk geschil over de interpretatie of uitvoering ervan valt onder de exclusieve bevoegdheid van de Belgische rechtbanken, onder voorbehoud van dwingende consumentenbeschermingsbepalingen die in uw land van verblijf van toepassing kunnen zijn.
